What does the cat purr in your ear?

A Horse With A Sad Tail

It was late in the wrong season,

 A forest prepared to sleep,

Everything wore pajamas,

An intruder in the kingdom of silver,

Was performing the fanciest walk,

A horse was as white as snow,

It ambled down the hill,

The first thought that cracked the armor,

Spoiling a final touch show,

‘If a tail wasn’t sad and down,

It would be an albino peacock’,

The tree took a glimpse of a farmer,

He bought a neighboring farm,

Not easily gaited, unruled and unsaddled,

A horse didn’t listen to any command,

Hating to be unsettled,

He mumbled in bitter distress,

It violates any order,

I’d rather be bowlegged,

Than have bowlegged fate,

A rider was very tired,

There is madness that can’t  be reined,

There is madness that can’t be cured,

But it can be always tied,

He tied the horse to the trunk,

As a straight jacket device,

The tree was ‘I’m glad to meet you’,

The horse did not understand,

‘Hey, we can talk to each other,

Till the farmer does all his chores,

Politeness attempts were useless,

Communication failed,
Cliché proved itself right,

It’s a gap between two populations,

Who spoke the language of trees?

It’s a schism between two worlds,

Maybe the horse wasn’t friendly,

Since it was a horse kid,

As it was growing up,

People tied it to fences and poles,

But the best spot was always under the leaves,

Having a white horse,

Grazing black grass at its roots,

The tree returned to being sad,

Nothing seemed to go on,

In the black and white framed field,

 Long hours wore down,

The heart in the shape of a shoe,

When you don’t wait for something or someone,

You simply turn you gaze,

If you don’t look for silver spoons,

A miracle  comes to you,

The horse tried to hug the heaven,

To say ‘Hey’ to a stray star,

The treasure of woods was there,

On its way to the stratosphere,

Guarding the silver moon,

The horse couldn’t find proper words,

The right words come always first,

It made  a WOW sound,

Before it described its joy,

‘Without you I would be lonely,

You are SO beautiful tree,

You are so different from all  others,

No one is like you’.
