What does the cat purr in your ear?

Acrobatics In The Grey.

Now we have different roles,

You walk a tight rope,

Hey, you, over there,

I have a role for you,

You will be a rope,

Are you surprised?

No,

It isn’t something new,

You’ve based your happiness on it,

Balancing thoughts on the ends of a pole,

Don’t be yourself now,

Don’t be the last night,

Till the end of a show,

You both are playing along,

Your biggest fear is fear,

It is a taut dialogue,

Stretching between you and you,

Thoughts come alive somewhere near,

Finally you lose your balance,

They push you,

You fall into a gorge,

A house is so empty,

They come when you are in bed,

Insomnia is a torture,

 It has no safety net,

‘I’d give anything just to know,

What hides behind this smile,

I’m poorer than a church mouse,

I‘ve lost everything and everybody,

  I haven’t found love’,

‘You make me to have so many secrets,

You make me to tell so many lies,

I can not discuss with nobody,

As if it wasn’t enough,

You want everything including pain,

To have only natural size’,

‘I used to resize micrographs,

Billboards looked one inch high’,

‘You make me mad with your persistence’,

‘It is slow motion hell,

You’ve sterilized my head’,

‘You torture me with your patience,

Your brain is a cocoon’,

‘Your brain is a soap bubble,

It always burst at dawn,

The moment the sun explodes’,

‘You put me in an awkward position,

You introduced your affair to me,

How do you dare?’

‘At times I think you are a version,

That is too good to be true’,

‘How many times did you mistake me for others?’

‘I wrote love stories about you’,

‘Now they rub your mistakes in my face,

You’ve always been another,

I loved another but you,

I’m tired of being suspicious,

Every time I meet the one’,

‘I’m tired to live in your bubble,

I survive till the next morning,

Every next morning it bursts’,

‘Don’t push your needle through time’.

PS I love this tightrope walker.
